Buying a custom PS5 Pro online from another country raises practical questions: how will it be shipped, how long will delivery take, and could customs charges apply?
At Craft by Merlin, PlayStation 5 Pro consoles feature distinctive, artist finished exterior designs. Before choosing your edition, it helps to understand the shipping process, potential import costs and compatibility requirements for your destination.
Here is what to know before placing an international order.
Worldwide Free Shipping: What It Includes
Craft offers worldwide free shipping on its console editions, subject to the applicable shipping terms. Before ordering, confirm that your destination is covered and that your delivery details are correct.
Free shipping does not necessarily include customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees. These additional charges depend on the destination country's regulations and the terms of your shipment.
How Craft Protects Painted Consoles During Shipping
A painted PS5 Pro needs careful handling during international transit to help preserve its exterior finish. Appropriate protective packaging helps limit movement and reduce the risk of scratches or impact damage as the parcel passes through the shipping network. If you are comparing designs, explore the different PS5 Pro themed editions to see the artistic styles available.
The console and any included accessories should be secured to prevent loose items from rubbing against the painted surface. As accessories can vary by edition, check the product listing to confirm what your order includes.
If you have specific concerns about packaging for international delivery, contact Craft before ordering.
Custom PS5 Pro Delivery Times by Region
How long does custom PS5 international shipping take? Delivery times depend on your destination, dispatch arrangements and carrier schedules. The estimates below should be confirmed against Craft's current shipping information before publication.
UAE
Delivery within the UAE is estimated at one to three working days, depending on the address and dispatch schedule. Allow additional time if your console is needed for a specific occasion.
GCC Countries
Delivery to other Gulf Cooperation Council countries depends on the destination and available shipping arrangements. Check the estimate for your specific country rather than assuming it matches UAE delivery times.
United Kingdom and United States
International delivery may involve overseas transit and final delivery through a local carrier. Confirm the applicable estimate for your destination and allow additional time for potential delays.
Rest of the World
Delivery times vary by destination and available shipping service. Confirm that your address is covered and check the current estimate before placing your order.
Customs, Import Duties and Console Compatibility
Before ordering a custom PS5 Pro internationally, check the import charges that may apply, confirm power compatibility and understand any regional restrictions on games or services.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees depend on your destination country's regulations and the shipping terms. Craft's worldwide free shipping offer does not automatically mean these charges are included.
Check your local customs authority's guidance for imported gaming consoles and contact Craft if you need clarification about charges covered by your order.
Will the power plug work in your country?
Power plugs vary between countries, so the supplied power cable may not match your local socket. Before connecting the console, check the product specifications and confirm that its electrical requirements are suitable for your country's power supply.
If you need an adapter, ensure it is appropriate for the equipment and meets relevant safety requirements. Confirm the supplied plug and cable details with Craft before ordering if they are not listed on the product page.
Is the PS5 Pro region locked?
A custom exterior finish does not change the console's underlying regional compatibility. However, some PlayStation content and services have regional restrictions.
Before purchasing, check PlayStation's guidance if you intend to use physical PS5 game discs, downloadable content, digital purchases from another country's PlayStation Store or region specific media features. Compatibility can depend on the type of content and the console's intended use.
Tracking Your Order and Receiving Your Console
Once your order has been dispatched, use the tracking details provided to follow its progress. Depending on the carrier and destination, updates may include international transit, customs processing and handover to a local delivery partner.
How to track your shipment
Keep your order reference and tracking number accessible, and check the carrier's tracking page for updates. Temporary gaps in tracking do not necessarily mean a parcel is lost, as shipments may be moving between facilities.
If tracking remains unchanged beyond the carrier's expected timeframe, contact the relevant support team with your order details. If you receive a request for payment or personal information, verify that it is genuine before responding.
What to check when your console arrives
Inspect the outer packaging for visible damage and compare the console and included accessories with your order confirmation. If anything arrives damaged or is missing, photograph the packaging, shipping label and affected items before contacting Craft. Keep the packaging and follow the instructions provided for reporting the issue.
