Yes. Every unit in our PlayStation 5 Pro collection is a genuine Sony PlayStation 5 Pro console. We purchase brand-new consoles, customise the exterior with our own finishes, and then ship them to you as complete, ready-to-play systems. All internal hardware, performance, and software features remain original.

Our customisation process is focused on the external shell and plates. We do not block vents or modify internal components, so the console can still cool itself as designed. We take care to keep all airflow paths clear while upgrading the look. For warranty, the console hardware remains Sony PlayStation 5 Pro hardware, but any visual changes or cosmetic issues related to our paintwork are covered by Craft by Merlin’s own quality policy.

Each Custom PlayStation 5 Pro typically includes the console, an official DualSense controller, power cable, HDMI cable, and basic documentation, similar to a standard retail package (exact inclusions will be mentioned on each product page). The difference is the hand-crafted exterior finish on the console (and in some editions, the controller) created by our artists. Games and additional accessories are not included unless explicitly listed.
