- Orders cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund after deductions of applicable bank charges.
- Orders cancelled before dispatch will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Products returned unopened after delivery will be subject to a 17% deduction. The amount willl be refunded once it is received back and inspected.
- Products returned after the packaging has been opened will be subject to a 25% deduction. The refund will be processed once we receive the product and it clears QC inspection.
- Products returned after being opened and used will be subject to a 50% deduction. The refund will be processed once we receive the product and it clears QC inspection.
- All refunds will take 5-7 days after completion of process and will be refunded back to original payment method.
