1. Switch to Noise Cancellation mode
AirPods 5 have three listening modes: Noise Cancellation, Transparency and Adaptive. To switch:
- On the earbuds: press and hold the stem until you hear a chime.
- On iPhone: open Control Centre, touch and hold the volume slider, then tap Noise Control.
- In Settings: tap your AirPods' name and choose the mode.
2. Know when to use each mode

- Adaptive Audio: everyday use. It blends cancellation and transparency based on your surroundings.

3. Get a good fit

4. Keep the microphones clean

6. Turn on Conversation Awareness wisely
