No. We currently do not customise customer-owned devices. All custom AirPods Max from Craft by Merlin are new units that we source and finish in-house, then ship to you as complete, ready-to-use headphones. This ensures consistent quality, clean finishes, and a smooth unboxing experience.

Our designs are planned around the original ergonomics of AirPods Max. The mesh headband, ear cushions, Digital Crown, and Noise Control button all remain fully functional. We customise the external cups and visible surfaces while keeping comfort, weight balance, and control accessibility exactly as they should be for daily listening and long sessions.
