Gold has always meant luxury, and a gold PlayStation 5 is the clearest way to make a gaming setup feel special. At Craft, every gold PS5 starts as a genuine, brand-new Sony console. Our artists paint it by hand in three layers and seal it under a protective coat, and the matching DualSense controller is painted to match. Here are your options.
PS5 Metallic Gold Edition
The PlayStation 5 Metallic Gold Edition is gold from top to bottom: a rich metallic finish on the console with a matching gold DualSense. It costs AED 2,649.
- Look: bright, reflective gold that catches the light in any room.
- Best for: anyone who wants maximum impact and a true statement piece.
- Includes: a matching metallic gold DualSense controller.
PS5 Slim Golden Black Edition
The PlayStation 5 Slim Golden Black Edition pairs glossy black with gold for a dual-tone look that feels a little more understated. It costs AED 3,700.
- Look: deep black with gold detailing, elegant rather than loud.
- Best for: living rooms with dark furniture and anyone who prefers a balanced, two-tone design.
- Includes: a matching golden and black DualSense controller.
- Bonus: the Slim's smaller size fits neatly under a TV. See our small setup guide.
Just the controller: Metallic Gold DualSense
Already own a PS5? The DualSense Controller Metallic Gold Edition brings the same gold finish to your hands for AED 643. Every DualSense feature works as normal, including haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Browse more in the DualSense collection.
Metallic Gold vs Golden Black
- Price: Metallic Gold Edition AED 2,649, Slim Golden Black AED 3,700.
- Style: all gold vs black and gold.
- Room fit: Metallic Gold suits light, bright spaces. Golden Black suits darker, moodier rooms.
- Controller: both include a matching painted DualSense.
Does paint affect PS5 cooling?
No. We paint the outer panels only and never block the vents, so airflow and cooling work as Sony designed them. Read more in painted PS5 heat and performance.
Build a gold setup
