Shipping & Rerturns

Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Returns: You may return or exchange products within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
If your item is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Orders cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund after deductions of applicable bank charges.
Orders cancelled before dispatch will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Products returned unopened after delivery will be subject to a 17% deduction. The amount willl be refunded once it is received back and inspected.
Products returned after the packaging has been opened will be subject to a 25% deduction. The refund will be processed once we receive the product and it clears QC inspection.
Products returned after being opened and used will be subject to a 50% deduction. The refund will be processed once we receive the product and it clears QC inspection.
All refunds will take 5-7 days after completion of process and will be refunded back to original payment method.
