Both Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro in our collections offer 24-bit Hi-Fi audio, ANC, Galaxy AI features like Adaptive EQ and Live Translate, 360 Audio and IP57 dust/water resistance.
The Pro model adds an enhanced 2-way speaker with dual amplifier, Adaptive Noise Control, Voice/Siren Detect and Blade Lights on the stem, plus slightly different battery figures.
If you want the most advanced sound control, Buds 3 Pro is ideal; if you prefer a simpler, lighter option with the same Galaxy AI magic, Buds 3 is perfect.

No. Our customisation process is designed not to interfere with the tech. We don’t open the earbuds or cover speaker grilles, microphones, sensors or the touch/swipe areas. That means Active Noise Cancellation, Adaptive EQ, 24-bit audio, 360 Audio, Live Translate and Real-Time Interpreter all continue to work exactly as they do on a standard pair of Galaxy Buds 3.

How durable is the Craft by Merlin finish on Samsung Buds 3, and how should I clean them?
Each pair goes through a multi-stage prep, paint and clear-coat process so the artwork can better handle everyday use—taking the buds in and out of the case, throwing them in a bag, or using them at the gym. The buds themselves are IP57 rated for dust and water resistance, but that rating is for the hardware, not for harsh chemicals on the paint.
To keep them looking fresh, avoid alcohol wipes, strong solvents or abrasive cloths. Just wipe them gently with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth and always store them in their case when not in use.

Yes. Since these are authentic Samsung Galaxy Buds 3, you still get Samsung’s standard hardware warranty in your region (for the electronics and core product, subject to Samsung’s terms). Our custom paint and clear coat are covered separately under the Craft by Merlin craftsmanship policy—if there’s any genuine issue with the finish, contact us with your order ID and photos and we’ll help with repair or resolution options as per our policy.
Also remember: features like Galaxy AI, Live Translate and some advanced audio options work best when Buds 3 are paired with compatible Samsung Galaxy devices, while they still function as normal Bluetooth earbuds with most Android phones.
